Prep Professional Network (PPN)
The Prep Professional Network aims to provide alumni, parents, and all members of the Prep community with the forum to interact and create professional relationships with likeminded individuals who share a commitment to the basic values fostered by the Prep, including work ethic, integrity, and pride in your vocation. Opportunities to learn from each other, exchange referrals, and conduct business will readily emerge from this environment of shared values and mutual respect. The PPN hopes to continually welcome members from every industry and all walks of life in order to broaden its range of professional perspective and best serve the networking purpose.

Prep Professional Network Dinner Club
The Prep Professional Network Dinner Club meets periodically throughout the year at different restaurants in Center City Philadelphia with the goal of bringing together members of the Prep family in an atmosphere to interact and create professional relationships over dinner and drinks. Invitations to these dinner club events will be issued to the PPN’s email listserv and posted in the Prep’s LinkedIn group and the bi-weekly Prep Email Update. Seating is limited (25-50 depending on the restaurant) and will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis by registering and purchasing your ticket via the event invitation. In order to ensure that you will receive these dinner club invitations in the most timely manner, you should enter/update your contact information in the PPN’s email listserv by clicking here. If you have any questions regarding the PPN Dinner Club, please contact Joe Lesovitz ’96 at email@example.com.
The PPN hosts an annual meeting at the Prep. This meeting includes plenty of time for individual networking and conversation, as well as a presentation by a keynote speaker. Food, soda, beer and wine are always provided. The PPN’s annual meeting date and time will be announced via the Prep’s LinkedIn group, the bi-weekly Prep Email Update, and the PPN’s email listserv. You can enter/update your contact information in the PPN’s email listserv by clicking here.
Other Prep Events
The PPN encourages you to utilize the various Prep-sponsored events, including happy hours, Phillies games, golf outings, Jersey Shore events, etc., as a primary resource for meeting other members of the Prep family throughout the year. All Prep-sponsored events and happy hours are announced via the Prep’s LinkedIn group, Facebook page, and the bi-weekly Prep Email Update.
Annual Career Shadow Day
The Prep's College Counseling Department organizes a Career Shadow Day for Prep juniors each Spring. By allowing these students to shadow a participant for one day on the job, this program helps them obtain valuable insight into the day-to-day activities of the careers that may be of interest to them. The participation of alumni, parents, and all members of the Prep community is vital to the success of this program. If you are interested in participating, please email Jennifer Halas, J.D., at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information.
